Creativity is Everywhere
From furniture makers to fashion designers to music producers and game designers, creativity is everywhere in Baltimore. We look beyond gallery walls and arts districts to expand traditional definitions of artists and creatives.
We are Intentionally Inclusive
We are 100% committed to racial, gender, and LGBTQ+ equity. Creatives of all disciplines and backgrounds are welcome, but we intentionally create space for people who have historically been underestimated and underinvested in. In short: we unapologetically believe that in a city that is 63% Black, there is no excuse for under-supporting Black creatives.
We center people, and meet them where they are
Everyone’s journey toward a healthy and prosperous life is different. We must be nimble in our methods and tailor the way we educate and support our community.

No one can tell you what success looks like. We provide tools that help you define success for yourself so you can build a future of your own design.

We acknowledge that access is power, so we actively work to make trusted resources, information, and opportunities across sectors more accessible, visible, and attainable to Baltimore creative entrepreneurs.

We honor those who came before us, acknowledge the systemic oppression that continues to create the inequitable conditions we live in today, and work toward an equitable future.
